Zthes: a Z39.50 profile for thesaurus navigation: changes between versions 0.5 and 1.0

Added new elements 7 (termUpdate), 8 (termVocabulary), 9 (termCategory), 10 (termStatus), 11 (termApproval), 12 (termSortkey), 13 (termNoteLabel), 14 (termNoteVocab) and 15 (relationWeight) to tagSet-Zthes in section 2.2.
Added these elements to the Zthes schema in section 2.3.
Added new use attributes 5 (termVocabulary), 6 (termCategory), 7 (termStatus), 8 (termApproval) and 9 (termSortkey) to the zthes-1 attribute set in section 2.5.
Added these use attribute, except termSortKey, to the table of optional searches in section 2.6.
Added mention of XML schema for whole-thesaurus descriptive record.
